Review Data: We collect and store publicly available Google reviews for your monitored business locations, including reviewer names, ratings, review text, and dates.
Usage Data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
Free Audit Data: When you use our free audit tool, we collect the business name and email address you provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our review monitoring and response services
- To generate AI-powered review responses on your behalf
- To send you email alerts about new reviews and weekly reports
- To process payments and manage your subscription

3. AI-Generated Responses
We use third-party AI services (such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT) to generate review responses. Review text and business context may be sent to these services for processing. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Resend — for sending email notifications
- AI Providers — for generating review responses
- Google — when posting approved responses to your Google Business Profile
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, we retain data for 90 days before deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting us.
