These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sentinel Audit ("Service"), operated by Shriver Enterprises ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Sentinel Audit is a SaaS platform that monitors Google Business Profile reviews, generates AI-powered response suggestions, and provides reputation scoring for businesses. The Service includes review monitoring, AI response generation, automated response posting, email alerts, and a management dashboard.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent.
3. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis, billed per monitored business location. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
Bulk Pricing: Subscribers with 5 or more locations receive a discounted per-location rate as displayed during checkout.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for legitimate business purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to post fake, misleading, or spam review responses
- Monitor business locations you do not own or have authorization to manage
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
5. AI-Generated Content
Our Service generates review response suggestions using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality, appropriate responses:
- You are ultimately responsible for all responses posted to your Google Business Profile
- We recommend reviewing AI-generated responses before posting, especially when first using the Service
- Auto-reply mode posts responses automatically — you enable this at your own discretion
- We are not liable for any consequences of AI-generated responses, whether reviewed or auto-posted
6. Google Business Profile Access
By using our Service, you authorize us to access and post responses to your Google Business Profile on your behalf. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this access.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process publicly available review data from Google. You retain ownership of your business data.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Google, Stripe, etc.).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentinel Audit and Shriver Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinel Audit and Shriver Enterprises from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.
